MsgMood provides software that helps businesses centralize Facebook Page messages, Instagram direct messages, and lead form submissions into a shared inbox. This page explains what data we process, why we process it, and how account owners can request deletion or support.

Information We Process

When a customer connects Meta assets to MsgMood, we may process Facebook Page information, Instagram business account information, message content, timestamps, participant identifiers, lead form metadata, and lead submission data that the customer has authorized us to retrieve.

We also process account, authentication, workspace, billing, and support information necessary to operate the service.

How We Use Information

We use connected Meta data to display conversations and leads inside the customer workspace, synchronize inbox activity, support team collaboration, and maintain operational logs, diagnostics, and webhook processing status.

We do not sell customer Meta data. We use it only to provide the requested messaging, lead synchronization, and inbox management functionality.

Data Sharing and Retention

We may use service providers for infrastructure, storage, logging, analytics, customer support, and security. These providers are used only as needed to operate the platform.

We retain connected data only for as long as needed to provide the service, satisfy legal obligations, enforce agreements, or resolve disputes. Customers may request deletion of their connected data as described on the Data Deletion page.
