These terms govern access to and use of MsgMood, including the internal inbox, conversation synchronization features, lead retrieval workflows, and related website services.

Use of the Service

Customers may use MsgMood only for lawful business purposes and only with assets, accounts, and communication channels they are authorized to connect and operate.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their use of Facebook, Instagram, Lead Ads, and other integrations complies with all applicable platform terms and policies.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for the content they send, the workflows they configure, and the personnel they authorize to access shared inbox data.

Customers must maintain accurate account information and protect their credentials, access keys, and connected integration tokens.

Availability and Changes

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service from time to time. We may also modify features to reflect changes in law, integrations, or platform requirements.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability and are not responsible for interruptions caused by third-party platforms, providers, or infrastructure outside our control.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if the service is used in violation of law, contract, or platform policy, or if necessary to protect the security and integrity of the service.

Upon termination, access to customer workspaces may be limited and connected data may be deleted in accordance with applicable retention obligations and customer instructions.
